Mac McCullough
VP of Operations
Mr. McCullough has over 24 years of commercial and federal contracting experience. He is recognized as a subject matter expert within project execution and performance. His industry knowledge and technical expertise has been developed over the past 24 years managing local, regional and national programs for both government and commercial market sectors.
Mr. McCullough manages contract performance, execution and compliance for Indian Eyes’ Facility Support Services and underlying business sectors. He provides direct oversight and resource management for multiple large Federal contracts and other Federal and Commercial Entities. His experience includes project management for Department of Energy Sites, Department of Defense Sites, Federal Prime Contractors, , US Army Corps of Engineers, Homeland Security, Federal Aviation Administration, and other Federal entities. Mr. McCullough was instrumental in developing standardized comprehensive quality and safety programs that ensure compliance with stringent requirements necessary to operate on Federal facility sites. He is responsible for vetting and approving Indian Eyes preselected suppliers and ensures Indian Eyes preapproved suppliers operate to company quality and safety procedures.
Christian "Tuffy" Morrison
Program Manager/Manager of Indian Affairs
Mr. Morrison has over 15 years of federal contracting experience. His technical expertise has been developed over the past 24 years managing local, tribal and national programs for both government and private/commercial market sectors.
Mr. Morrison manages contract deliverables, execution and compliance for Indian Eyes Project Management and Employee Resource business sectors. He provides direct oversight for multiple large Federal contracts. His experience includes contract/project management for Department of Energy Sites, Department of Defense Sites, Federal Prime Contractors, US Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Space and Missile Defense Command and other Federal entities.
Jeff Wattenburger,
Equipment Logistics Program Manager
Mr. Wattenburger has over 20 years’ of commercial equipment rental and equipment logistics experience and has worked in the commercial equipment rental business since 2002. Mr. Wattenburger was responsible for oversight of an industry leading equipment rental location and other supporting locations.
Mr. Wattenburger responsibilities include cost control, customer service, fleet management, maintenance tracking, and inventory utilization. He oversees the equipment logistics programs that are instrumental in the performance of Indian Eyes Federal and Commercial clients. He is a subject matter expert in equipment rental. His 20 plus years in the equipment industry provides him a unique insight to the equipment rental industry as well as relevant experience directly applicable to project requirements, safety standards and supply chain management.
Eli Donner
Used Equipment Sales/Support
Mr. Donner has over 20 years of experience in the equipment field. His equipment knowledge has been developed maintaining equipment of all sizes and applications including construction, agricultural and production equipment. He has completed several workshops and equipment training on various lines of equipment.
Mr. Donner manages the used equipment sales fleet. He is responsible for fleet mix, condition, tracking, contract deliverables, logistics and support. His experience includes years of equipment and sales experience.
Dee Burrie, PE
Principal Technical Consultant-Registered in WA, OR, ID & TX
During his 42 years of professional practice, Dee has conducted and managed numerous geotechnical investigation studies and construction observation projects for renewable and conventional energy projects, commercial and industrial developments, transportation and municipal projects; managed site assessment and waste management projects; and served as design consultant and project manager on numerous water resource related projects throughout the interior northwest. His experience also includes serving as corporate Quality Assurance Officer; developing and managing a Quality Assurance Program based on ASME NQA-1; and developing and implementing numerous quality assurance project plans for nuclear and non-nuclear projects. He has an “A” team that follows him.
